Repairs | WHAT TO EXPECT

You let us know you are looking to have an item repaired by submitting our 'Request a Repair' form.

No walk-in repairs are accepted.

We review your request and our current repair queue and respond to your request within two (2) business days.

In order to provide the highest quality and fastest service to our customers, we cap the number of items we have in for repair at any given time. Should we be at capacity when you submit your request, you will be added to our wait list. New repairs are brought in on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Once your request is approved, we send you a link to book your repair check-in date / time.

Once your check-in date / time is booked, your spot is reserved. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your check-in, please try to give us at least 24 hours advance notice.

You arrive at OUTPUT AUDIO at your booked check-in time for a brief consultation. You pay a $70 bench fee at check-in.

Bench fee covers the 1st hour of service + diagnostics.

We test and diagnose the item to confirm the issue and determine the scope of work.

We contact you to discuss findings and provide you with a rough price estimate.

Estimate covers the cost of labor + parts.

You either approve or deny work.

 

Should any considerable increase in the price quoted arise during your repair, you will be contacted for sign-off. We will never surprise you with a bill that is out of scope!

When your repair is completed, we give you a call and email you a copy of your invoice

You pay the invoice and collect your repaired item within two (2) weeks of completion.

 

Repaired items that are not picked up within two (2) weeks of completion are charged a $20 / week storage fee.
